I’ll give you the PTC which are really paying money, at the end of the discussion.

Suppose you register 30 PTC , which pay $0.01/ add you click, and you get 4 adds daily to click. The minimum payout of those site is $1 or less. Then imagine after one month :
                        
Click / add = $0.01 , Adds daily = 4, Days = 30 , PTC sites = 30

Your income after one month = (0.01*4*30*30) = $ 36
